Accelerate Leadership started with an idea. An idea that could make a difference to leaders across the world. Like ripples in a pond, the effects of those leaders would resonate far and wide for positive difference.

I believe that leaders are developed over time through the right experiences and support. We base our programs  and solutions on researched methods and best practices to accelerate leadership growth and realise potential. 

I believe in collaborating with our clients in devising the best solution for their needs recognizing that one size does not fit all.  

I've spent the last 30 years helping leaders think and act more effectively — first inside some of the world's largest organisations, and for the past several years as an independent consultant.
 

I started my career at Commonwealth Bank, where I spent over a decade facilitating leadership and management programs. From there I moved to Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, directing learning and development for their largest business unit across Asia Pacific. I then led the Asia Pacific region for Mannaz, a Danish leadership development consultancy, running programs across Asia, North America and EMEA.
 

In 2018 I founded Accelerate Leadership, where I now work directly with organisations across Australia and Asia Pacific — designing and delivering bespoke leadership development programs and coaching senior leaders in both public and private sectors — while also subcontracting to a select group of larger consultancies on specialist engagements.
 

I lived in Hong Kong for 10 years, and have facilitated programs across China, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia and Australia, as well as in North America and EMEA. I speak basic Mandarin.
 

I build rapport quickly with leaders at every level, creating a trusted environment where unresourceful mindsets can be challenged. Clients have described my approach as consultative, challenging, engaging, relevant and practical.
