By the end of this session participants will:
Can be delivered virtually in single module (summary) multi-module or half day face to face format.
This interactive session will help participants identify key goals in their personal and professional life, and help them address common barriers that distract them.
Participants will identify the priorities of their goals and evaluate how they usually spend their time and what to optimise to be more effective. How to manage your energy will be shared as well as how to identify overload, how to say no, and utilising your manager.
Finally participants will explore best practice for effective meetings before completing an action plan drawing together all of the ideas for building more effective habits.
