Accelerate Leadership started with an idea. An idea that could make a difference to leaders across the world. Like ripples in a pond, the effects of those leaders would resonate far and wide for positive difference.

We believe that leaders are developed over time through the right experiences and support. We base our programs  and solutions on researched methods and best practices to accelerate leadership growth and realise potential. 

We believe in collaborating with our clients in devising the best solution for their needs recognizing that one size does not fit all.  

Jason  has been coaching and developing leaders for the majority of his 26-year career. His focus has been on facilitating innovative interventions that enable leaders to reflect on and improve their leadership ability. He is the founder of Accelerate Leadership. Having led teams in Multinational Corporations over the last 10 years, Jason has a wealth of experiences from which to draw on in consulting. He is passionate in helping people grow and in improving business performance.

Specializing in the design and delivery of bespoke leadership development programs, and coaching senior leaders, Jason builds rapport quickly with leaders at all levels enabling a trusted environment where un-resourceful mindsets can be challenged. He has been described as ‘consultative, challenging, engaging, relevant and practical’.

He has extensive experience in facilitating leadership, management, and professional training skills programs in all three regions. Jason is an Australian by nationality. 

We have a network of experienced leadership facilitators around the Asia region, allowing us to meet your needs where you might require local language, and / or particular industry experience.
